I have been trying to buy vials of water in the G.E for over two weeks now. I think its because the max price is the same as the market price. So it would be great if someone could make me one. It just need to buy vials of water from the herblore shop and bank them. Thank you.:)

Make you a vial of water buyer? How does that work? You just said yourself you cannot buy it in GE as Fagex capped the price.

Offtopic, but can someone change the burning yellow "[request]" colour? It's almost invisible in the bright background.

Doesn't look too hard. Though I don't know where they sell vials of water…

They sell it in the herblore shop.

Or in ardougone, or in shilo village + more other places.

Im making one right now for rsbot, since reflections down.

It would be used alot. Lots of people are trying to get their herblore up atm and no one can get hold of any vials.
