Start with a thumbtack. End with a tv/car/house

Its real life game called TradeUp.

Really, its only you playing.

You start with something virtually worthless. (A nail, A thumbtack, a piece of paper) then trade that object with someone for something for some other object. (ex, a real old book from a friend). Then you keep repeating that cycle with items you get.

I have read some amazing stories. I heard one where a person started out with a nail, and ended up with a house!!!!

Here's a possible scenario:

Start with a old book. Trade book with a collector for a first addition twilight book. Trade that book with a girl for a backpack she had from last year. …. Get a desk, trade that with a person for a tv. (could work your way up from there.)

This is good for entrepreneurs who need stuff…

It wasn't a nail, it was a paper clip. Specifically one red paperclip.

Ya I was gonna say it was a paper clip and he got a house. I actually saw it on tv like couple years ago.

3: Profit.

How old are you ZaSz? This is not meant to sound bad or anything, but I honestly think you're 13ish.

Just wondering, what does that have to do with this?

Anyway, I already do this every month. I trade my money to my roommate for a place to stay :p

But you never really tradeup. You just get the same thing every time.

Also known as bigger and better :p

Me and my friend used to do that. We started with toothpicks. One time we ended with a broken dish washer, another time and old mountain bike. I dont remember the others… Good times in Gr 6 :p
