SRL Archive - Help

I'm looking to buy a domain name today. I'm looking for a cheap, that provides whois information protection, and free transfer to my host. Does anyone know a site like this? Seems like every site on google is a godaddy reseller..

I thought all domain names go for around $10USD standard (.com)
