Why is Lockerz allowed in signatures, but Bux.to isn't?

Harry

2009-10-29 18:35:55

I just find it sorta hypocritical that a pyramid scheme #1 (bux.to), isn't allowed in signatures; but another pyramid scheme #2 (lockerz), is allowed. Both have you refer people. For both sites, people put something in their sig saying they can give an invite/refer. What's the difference? In my opinion, BOTH should be DISALLOWED.

This isn't a thread to go "OMFG IT ISN'T A SCAM"; think what you want, but it IS a pyramid scheme for sure. All "make monnies/prizes online!" are pyramid schemes. They might eventually pay you, but it's still a pyramid scheme.

The whole point is…
Why do you care?
Why do you care if we are trying to get our pixel points?
If it was something you believed in, you would believe in having it in your signature if needed.
Lockerz is a more fun and friendly site than bux.to
I think of Lockerz as a game more than a task.

That is the equivalent of saying "let people waste their lives on bux.to!". Bux.to isn't allowed in signatures, the same should hold true for this site.

Getting paid != not a pyramid scheme.

An illicit money-making investment scheme whereby early investors are paid primarily or wholly by later investors. Eventually all such schemes fail to the detriment of recent (later) investors

Of course, I'm not saying that lockerz is a pyramid scheme, as I haven't looked into it at all.

You should always read the rules when you join a community or anything of the sorts.

Just curious, as that is what is says directly in the rules…
What is defined as a "Click Cash" website?

YoHoJo

2009-10-29 20:28:45

You go, answer a question (usually not survey-like) like, what your fav movie/music, what is you dream car, what are you doing for Halloween ect ect. And you get 2 points. Enough points get you stuff. But im90% sure eventually after site is popular enough itll turn into some homo ad-fest thing :p.

Brain

Bux.to is a click cash program which you would put a referral link in your sig.

Lockerz is a program where you answer simples questions and you just ask people in your sig if they want an invite and if they do they just send you a pm with their email.

So why is Lockerz not allowed in sigs?
