Oh? I didn't notice that. I just assumed he had based on his register date.
I considered nominating him a few weeks ago, but he hasn't really made any noticeable impact on the community. Still not sure..

Donators should make no difference for any vote outcome.
As WT clearly stated, there's no way to buy yourself SRL membership.

I don't mean every donator should get promoted, but donating means that you support the community, which is one of the main requirements for SRL Members..

I'll say yes, I've talked to him a couple times. I'd say he's more deserving for a membership then some people that get in with scripts.
