I'm pretty sure that you just need to restart SCAR and smart and theres nothing that you can do, I could be wrong but I've gotten some smart error like that before.

Make sure you're not trying to load one of the offline worlds.

Check here to see which ones are offline.

Ive had it before when SMART was broken. Is your SRL up to date? If is it, then its probably what method said.

Wanna know something really cool?
If you would just search up that exact error like so:
Search: Keyword(s): Error, starting, SMART,, ensure, target, page, applet, decleration
And read around a bit…
