SRL Archive - Outdated Tutorials

Guess I should of announced this sooner but here's the reasons.

I firstly changed it to accommodate for reports.scar as no other function uses it to my knowledge. It has been in minutes for quite awhile so a more accurate time will be nice. This can be easily changed to a nice formatted time via MstoTime. (note it does return a string but with many options)
