Im building a template in dreamweaver.
I added a table, and its auto centering itself in the middle when i try to type (I scaled it).

I am not pro, but I am working on it with school so interesting.
I use notepad++ to create my site and I don't use dreamweaver, so to your current problem I have no fix, sorry.

See where it says Horz : Default, change that and it will align the text?

Dreamweaver normally updates itself when you click off the table, do what your doing then simple click underneath the table.

like roger said, dreamweaver updates its design view after u click off somewhere in the design window. Honestly I think dreamweaver templates are more work than they are worth. I just hollow excess out of my index.php and save it as something else like newpage.php. From then on, just copy and paste.
