I've read that people can make money using SCAR with neopets and paypal. Is the true? If it IS, how can I do it?

My guess would be…
SCAR + Neopets games = Neopoints
Neopoints + Website + Paypal = Ca$h
Or someone makes SCAR scripts for Neopets games and sells them for a few bucks. Either one would work.

SCAR is not illegal as it does not mess with jagex's code.
Autoing with SCAR on RS is against RS rules, nothing else.

Sorry, wrong choice of words, illegal as against the rule. Meaning you'll get banned.
