I need some help please. I tried googling it but, no suggestions to my advantage.
When I try checking on the progress of smart it stops because it's red mouse dissapears, aka stopping the script. Can I get some help or an answer to help clarify why this is happening. This has been happening on all SMARTs for me.

Please use propper grammar, you are giving a bad impression of yourself.
Google wont really help you, all the help you need is here at the forums.
Um, all i can say is, run smart, and you can minimize, and everything should work just fine.
Make sure everything you have is up to date:

Make sure you pauses the script before you check the process and then start it again after you minimized smart again.
Use hotkeys if you want.
In scar. tools > redefine hotkeys if you don't know them.
Usually the scripts stops because when you maximize smart it lost focus on rs so there will be a blank screen what messes up the scripts. Not sure about that hough but something like that.

Sabzi, I dont seem to have to do that when i auto.
I never stop/start my scripts when checking up on them. I just un-minimize, watch for a minute, and re-minimize and smart/scar keep running just fine for me.

When I was new here I always got problem when minimized/maximized smart. And I know that others got that problem too. But it highly depends on what script you use and when you maximize/minimize. You must have been lucky or it was fixed in some of the later smarts.
For example you are walking and the FFlag(10) procedure is in process. You maximize -> blank screen -> script thinks that flag gone and looks for next thing to do -> dang you are messed up.
To be honest I haven't tried maximizing/minimizing without pausing in a long time :p.

Ah yeah i see what you mean there, its uncommon but a quick black screen could mess up some scripts :D. Good point.

*Hint Hint*

function LoggedInFailCheck: Boolean;
var
I: Integer;
begin
Result := LoggedIn;
if not (Result) then
for I := 1 to 10 do
begin
Wait(500);
if (LoggedIn) then
begin
Result := true;
exit;
end;
end;
end;

Well I tried to check with the how to setup smart thing, I've already did those things.
My problem is pretty much addressing the red dot mouse that happens to dissapear.
Runescape is running on SMART but the script doesn't carry out its mouse functions.
This only happens when switching processes.
