Well, if it's like the guy I know, it's because he forgot to wear a cup while practicing some form of martial arts.

Its like kidney, only 1 is required :D

I got a classmate with one ball irl too. You know when you are young your balls are at your stomach first and then go down. Well one of his balls forget that.
