What do you think that is SRL

Is it about helping to people learn programming, getting awarded for that. As Example SRL Members, Rep, and so on.

Or is it just a something that we people don't know who are SRL members and so on ? Do only above people know what is SRL for?

This is only a question. Not flaming and so on.

SRL is a include that is made for Scar. And is pointed to RS Cheating.

My answer: To be honest.. This was place for me hangout in Internet and a place where people cheered me up. But now..

A invisible force keeps me here, i have no idea why.
It wont let me leave.
I want to leave.
But i cant. The forces outside of this world wont let me.

Something is making me to stay here :) When I come home, I allways check the new post, read everything. I also don't play RS anymore but this is a really great forum, great people plus I even learned (am still learning) something ;)

I think SRL is about enjoying yourself, making friends, learning how to program and about cheating for RuneScape. There are probably more, but those are definitely some of the bigger reasons most people are here I believe. What I like about SRL is that it is not about making money in real life. A lot of communities are corrupted by money, and we seem to keep that out, most of the time.

Sadly we currently don't provide tutorials/information beyond the relatively simple scope of SCAR.

But still is there people who. "rate" people by English and mature and so on. I know of course there is some people. but "higher" people, do they.

This is a community and yes it can be rated by the maturity of its members. Who wants to be in a community that is overrun by kids? I use the word kid loosely, kid being the maturity of a 12 year old. Nothing to do with age just attitude. It does matter because no-one wants to be surrounded by that kind of behaviour if i wanted that i would just log onto runescape and play properly (lool).

I like the forums.

it has a decent activity and you sometime learn new stuff. Oh yeah always meet weird funny people who think they are the best out of best.

But yeah good way to learn more and i enjoy it to see peoples projects/scripts.

It is a collective circlejerk more focused on making people feel good than getting anything done.

I chance to say, that most people started playing RS as a means of escaping their Real Life (myself included)…and then we stumbled upon these forums and learned to make our game funner…and to be surrounded by people with the same mind set..and in this community, if we look out for one another's well being..then haven't we achieved something ?

For me SRL is a place where I can hang out with people who is interested in coding and talking about everything between heaven and earth.

I would like to think SRL is a community where like minded people come to be equals and to contribute to a sole aim.

Unfortunately, even the lack of money doesn't mean that SRL isn't corrupted - power, "love", scripts, RS gp are all just as sought after as money here. It's funny how all these are the causes of both good and bad actions.

SRL is usually a place where I escape from reality in order to get some help and help others ATST.

Usually, when I "script" the script just fails (cough Fight Cave runner cough), but that is because of my lack of knowledge :p.
