Dev repo = working
Public = oldhh

This is the general apprehension at the moment. I don't think that's the idea though. Why isn't the public repo updated right after dev repo is confirmed working? Public repo should have all the important functions up to date, and dev repo should only be used to confirm the updates working.

Atm in rev #38 it still whines about invalid gametab even if the new tab has been there for a while.

I don't mean to disrispect devs work, I just think public repo should be updated more often than every second month. 1 Reason is that for SRL users updating public repo is alot easier than dev repo. SCAR -> File -> Download SRL

I agree, we should have some structure in the developing cycle. Maybe even consider using a development model like DSDM or Extreme Programming (or at least work with time frames / deadlines).

To be honest, if the development of SRL continues like this, it doesn't look too good =\

Been saying this for some time now..

I'm willing to go with pretty much anything, deadlines would be a good, if we could hold them.

well, if we posted every added function in "Newly Added to SRL" tut forums, we could easily release 1 rev / week, even if it meant just small changes.

The entire point of the Dev Repo was that most people would instead start using that repository and that we could have to release official releases less often; not that the developers would be blamed for delivering an unstable/non-working SRL in a public repos.

But I agree, public repos should be updated more often.
