Can anyone buy anything? I seriously cant. All the common items are so hard to get and the prices keep raising. I miss reflection and rsbot…

And soon items will be impossible to get, limited supply in store, and limited supply in g/e with a cap, everyone will be paying max which and there simply won't be enough for everyone. Merchanting helps the economy, price manipulation doesn't, and jagex is just failing so much lately. Merching helps because it's someone to buy items when noone needs them, and sells them when lots of people need them. It keeps items in circulation. Can't wait till every common item is market and max for the same price and everyone complains on the forums, a lot of items already are market and max for same cost.

i do find it quite ridiculous when i have to sell 52.5k gold bars and i throw them up for mid price and they don't sell. And there was a clan merching them at the time so they should have been bought up pretty fast :(.

I've been trying to buy plain pizzas, but I'll probably give up soon. The reason? Plain Pizzas cap at 300, while uncooked pizza goes for 767. Does that make any sense to you?

Same with me. Im trying to buy 20k pizzas. Its really ridiculous.

Its kinda like how back in the day the white man had slaves to do all the hard work, no white guy ever had to brake a sweat. And now that all the 'slaves' are being banned, there's no one to gather all the raw materials that the legit players need :P

So now legit players are going to have tough times, having to pay lots of money for items they need. Alot of the pking community will probably quit because they cant afford to die anymore, which will make runescape lose money :P So again runescape is just screwing themselves over.

It won't find equilibrium if Jagex continues to manipulate the prices… 0_o

if jagex just banned chessy018, 2lum, goldmerch, smokin mils, wefightge, and other price manipulating public clans that would be cool, also make it so items can't do +10% per day, because obviously alot of people are merching that item.

Lol, you can ban price manipulating clans, they aren't breaking any rules. But yeah some 'noob' items are going too far up and its crazy! (I like how feathers are way up though woo Tarajunky chicken killer!).

Feathers are going up because you can't get an infinite supply for 6gp each anymore.

Anyway, he's probably buying the pizzas for the same reason I am. Pizzas are 300 gp each, anchovies are 124 gp each, and 1.2k each.

sucks to be jagex. I guess they managed to stop a ton of botting now & they are finally seeing the results since they haven't managed to do it before? (I don't play RS anymore but I think a bunch of rsbot ppl got banned not to long ago..)

Oshi, I have like 3k iron ore and 5k iron bars still now they probably wont even sell.

thats never gonna sell :( im friggen screwed ….stupid jagex. Whats with the caps btw….is there a news post about that or are they jsut doing it without telling people because thats the stupidest thing i've ever seen a game developer do.

I'm not sure if there was ever a news post about them introducing the caps, or whatnot, but they mess with them without telling anyone.

They did say they were gunna cap, but now they are just getting rid of caps and putting new ones on left and right.

Cant you get an infinite supply from shops anymore? That was implemented to stop autobuyers yea? Whats stopping people from running the autobuyers and selling them on the ge again? People in need of mass amounts of these items would probably be willing to pay the higher prices, which just makes autoing even more profitable than what it was before.

You can no longer get an infinite supply in shops. The supplies look like the used to before infinite, but with the difference being that each player has their own separate stock.

Very large armies… because the shop isn't full again for another 4 hours.

So basically for money, auto goods that are sold in shops that people want. Eg, eye of newt, bolts, etc

That's the reason it's dying, because Jagex is capping everything they can since they want to be communist dictators or sommat like that.

The GE won't die. It will stabilise given time, it's just in turmoil over all the updates and capping changes. Even if it does collapse, it'll spring back.
Manipulation clans may eventually disappear, but merchanters (and their communities i.e. Smokin Mils) won't die, because as long as the GE exists they'll always be able to flip.

Agreed with thrash. I'm hoping that people will use the GE less but i doubt it as people are still lazy.
