Hey, guys.

Well, I've been gone/dead for a while, and I think I'd like to come back to SRL.

I'd like to start out by re-learning SRL Scripting.

If someone would like to give me some high-level scripts to look at, it'd be appreciated.

Also, if someone would like to introduce me to the new procedures/functions from the past year, that'd be cool, too :P

Nothing is really that new. Still TPAs for objects… I guess there is a new surge of using TPAs for mapwalking, but Radial still works. There are the new progress report functions, but I really can't think of much else that has changed.

What are the new progress report functions?

And are people still using ATPAs?

Dont know where the new progress report function is or anything about it, but yes, people still use ATPAs.

I've also been told there is a new SMART?

Where is it?

Update SRL to the Dev Rev and go to the place_inside_plugins_folder, you'll find SMART 4.5 there. Nothing really new about it.
