Hello. Well as you have noticed i am new here. And i was wondering if i can use scar to bot (Im using a script with embeded SMARTV4.5) and use another account(that i am playing) and not have a greater risk of getting caught.

Yes, but you must use unsigned client.
In most scripts there is option "Signed = True" or "SignedClient = True" etc, set it to False.
If not, Set this before SetupSRL; in the main execution

begin
  Smart_Signed := False; // <- this
  SetupSRL; // find this somewhere in the bottom of the script
  repeat
    ... // here is usually the main loop
  until(something);
end. // not that the main execution always end with a full stop

yeah you can as many as you need
