Okay guys, I have a small challenge for you.


You've all seen there preset avatars before, right?

Here's my challenge to you: Make a new one. (it does not have to be a zealot)

128 x 128 px, .png

No other restrictions.

Winner will be polled, and if there is a prize, it'll be discussed later. Most likely there will be a prize, it's just a question of scale.

lol the first one was supposed to be a goth/emo/whatever person…and i figured they wouldnt have color if they were to be the stereotype. Then the second one i just started randomly clicking around in boredom and arrived there. There were more to emphasize that ill keep posting random things unless given a narrower line of thought. Should i be doing people? or things? recreating my own type of zealot? popular objects? rs related? etc.

try making a person with some random obvious stereotype. thats what most of the avatars are :D (minus the zealots). also try to make it with the same style the other avatars were made with, if possible.

etc.

I believe it's just the vast amount of things you can do on Photoshop. Don't get me wrong, GIMP has a shitload of features (especially for a free program), but I did the trial of CS4 and I was awe-struck. Photoshop has features that take you an hour to do on GIMP.

Photoshop owns. Dont see any reason why you need to get it legally.

I "own" the Adobe Creative Suite 4 - Master Collection

I got my Photoshop Elements legally, 90&#8364;. Much less expensive.

The thing that differs between the both are that there are less functions in Elements than CS. But who uses them fully ?!

Way enough for "sigs" :).

I got my dad to get it for free by telling him to tell his boss he needed it for work related issues…
