Back in the day (a few years ago) I could sell an account with half that stats for 399$. Guess runescape selling died if this is account is only worth less than 250$ compared to what it used to be

Runescape selling didn't die, its simple supply and demand acting on the black market. In the past five months there has been a huge influx of sellers and accounts that are considered "high-leveled". People became willing to sell an account with a 99 skill for 25 USD, and then anything below a 99 became worthless. Such is life though.

i think that this is due to large sites that sell accs very cheaply (read: gold4rs).

Are they a legit site? I always thought they were just a scamming site designed to steal your money
