SRL Archive - Web Development

I have a website set up with apache and want to go live, but have dynamic ip so cant tie my domain to it (tell me if you know how other than changing my sites DNS every day).

I need to find a host with these specs:

*Less then 6$ a month
*Unlimited bandwidth
*MySQL, PHP, Perl ext (all script langs)
*FTP
*At least 10gigs, unlimited would be very nice
*Free Domain comes with hosting
*98% or higher uptime
*I dont care about live support

Anything like this exist?

JustHost.com - Mixed reviews, can anyone verify its safe and does what it says?

This website currently has the DTM DataBase, i want to find a host and make it live today

I use their free webhosting. Premium hosting is $4.84 / month. I dont think you can get much better than 000webhost.

Ive never experienced any downtime.
