As I said in the welcome thread, we are in for a huge script, but step by step.
To start slowly, I suggest we start with one city and 2 or 3 gathering skills. What I mean by gathering is, for example, miner, fisher, woodcutter, etc.
Why? Because these you can start from level one with very little cash. The autoer will then earn levels and money, and with the money he earns he should be able to buy materials or better tools to keep on doing his task.
My suggestion is Varrock, using the Varrock East Mine, the oaks and trees just NE of VEB and the yew close to the church. These should be fairly nice to start off with, as Copper, Tin, Oaks and Trees sell for quite high.
I chopped (well, my slave) Oaks and Trees in varrock not too long ago, and by the time i reached level 30 i had well over 50k, allowing me to buy a rune axe and all the different picks I'd need for mining.
This is my idea, but take a look at the world map and ask yourself what would be a good place. How many skills can you do in that place? Gatherer skills and non-gatherer.
