Because that one on the left really doesn't look like it is.
Also, you should look at upgrading your graphics card, even the best aren't that expensive.

No its not running water thats the power the gpu needs my next pc is going to water cooled but the entire setup with the moniters and everything but the speakers was about 3k
and the ram is for hosting some stuff that my server cant handle (cod4 zombies)

the moniter on the left is slightly smaller its 24 its just easyer to put the both at 25 on my xfire profile.

and to upgrade this anyfurther i have to buy a new psu and then i can get my two gtx 285's

How much did the processor you have now cost you?

i payed 299 about a year and a half ago now you can get a q6700 for like 199 i think and im not upgrading my processor or mobo till the core i7s drop a little more so till then im not selling lol
