Reasons: best F2P arrow there is. F2P and members can buy, although only members can make (which means supply will increase by less than an item F2P's can make would). If we buy all of them up, rangers will not be able to pvp anymore. You can also buy in very large quantities at a time.


What do you guys think? I think that we could make it to 500 considering their low price, and the supply of them being a members only made item.

I had 300 at first but changed to 500. I really think that we could do it if everyone went for this item.

Looking it economically based on supply and demand, it makes sense. There is a high demand because they are the highest damaging arrow for F2P pvp. Everyone here can buy because it is a f2p item. When the demand for them sky rockets because of us, the supply will not be able to meet us for a while because only members can make the item. We probably have what, 1B cash to use on this? If 200k adamant arrows are traded a day, * 150 = 30M. 1B/30 = like 33 days. Item goes up by 5% each day compounded, we could easily do 500.

Put offer for 150k addy arrows in. We may as well shoot for 500 for dump price, but we may be forced to dump at 300.

You have to think of how much an item will increase by a percent.
Getting an item to 400% higher than it was is pretty much not happening.

Exactly.. And, you have to think about how the arrows are obtained.. This doesn't only have to do with f2p pking, but fletching, too.. (Especially now with the 10 stock stuff.. :/)

I just bought a few to test it, they are selling at mid right now :\ instant buy of 10k arrows for mid. I'm thinking it will be a while before the supply is gone, but I'll sell them back so i dont mess anything up

call me stupid, but back in the early days, one would never invest in an item which is widely sold in shops, never mind F2P shops! the whole point of this is to control supply and demand, but with 'buy X' theres no one stopping someone from buying from the shop.

Runescape update = shops no longer have unlimited stock
