How To Create A PayPal Account
By R1ch

In this tutorial, I am going to show you how to create a PayPal account, without filling in your credit/debit card, or bank details. If you wish to do that, then you just have to select some different options.

Step 1:
Go to PayPal.com

Step 2:
Press "Sign Up."

Step 3:
Select your country (green), and then press the button underneath "PayPal for you."

Step 4:
Fill in all of your correct details.

Step 5:

Press "Go to My account."

Step 6:

Finally, confirm your e-mail address, and life the limits off of your accounts if you want to.

Now you will have a working PayPal account.

If you wish to transfer money, then simply use the Send/Request Money on the navigation bar at the top:

It doesnt need to be stickied. This forum is for guides.

But could you not sticky the guides that are most important? You'll get shit guides that are worthless and then you'll get good guides like this which needs to stand out because it's a good that so many people will use.

Because between 2 other guides you don't really see the difference between a sticky/non-sticky, and creating a Paypal account is pretty much straight-forward..

That's what I was trying to say a while ago. I think this guide could be much expanded on such as an explanation of payment methods, different tips to ensure a safe trade, things to avoid, stuff like that.

Don't get me wrong, it's still a good guide, I just think it can be expanded on. :)
