SRL Archive - Black Market Staff

What title says, I think we should have another board structured like this:

General
  |
  |- Black Market Guides
  |- General Market Chat
  |- Black Market Information (or whatever, some place where we can advertise our MM services)

To be placed as the top board or something like that
Thanks in advance.

done, needs testing.

Thanks :)

Oh and maybe getting some descriptions for each section would be nice, but not urgent.
