hi i want to know how do i set up SCAR i have it installed its jus getting srl working on it any one know?

You should just need to hit the Download SRL button in SCAR, I think.

I am new here but reading a guide it tells me to do that =P

Have you tried installing subversion package?

Theres a great tutorial on how to use Tortoise SVN and downloading SRL Open Dev, but you can also click 'File'>'Download SRL' and it should update to newest SRL…
