ALL Runescape accounts are ALWAYS recoverable.
The Original IP, Date of Birth and maybe email are enough to get an account back in most cases, especially if the request is made from the PC where the account was created at. If it had members: the membership info also is worth tons of $ in Jagex recovery terms.
Always bear this in mind when buying an account.
The Claw: For some reason, I can't reply in this section but I can edit. Anyway. Make sure you keep logs of all account sales, and if the account is recovered the seller will be banned, if sufficient evidence is shown. This should minimise the risk of people scamming, as most SRL Members wouldnt want to throw away their account. Theres still a risk though.
