Could someone give me an example of a working way to use the amount function in a script. I tried using

if(amount('shop',7)=(960))then

But it didnt work. I put {.include SRL\SRL\misc\amount.scar} at the beginning so that's not the problem. What am I doing wrong?

have you tried debugging it?
etc:
try writeln(inttostr('shop',7))

if it works that way, then its probably because you have extra () around 960

otherwise, i'll take a look at amount.scar
(im always wondering if they changed the coordinates or something)

Nevermind I got it now. It must have been the way the script worked.
