What reflection revision do you have? Did you download it via Tortoise SvN?

Delete your SRL folder and redownload SRL and Reflection.
(The option should appear on a new folder)

Delete the SRL folder, make a new folder named SRL, using Tortoise SvN do Right Click > SvN Checkout to SRL's repository. Basically just delete your SRL folder and follow Coh3n's guide (The one Warrior linked up above) ;)

You need the developer's revision of Reflection.
