Now I need some more info people, preferably people who have used xscar. Without xscar.. this is impossible: I want to know if you could(during xscars reign) have scar rotate the mm(like an antiban function) and then still know exactly what tile it would click on? Thanks

you do know that xscar doesn't work anymore since the least release about 1.5 year ago, do you?

Was a kinda mixture between Aryan and SCAR. Was a client like aryan which would send commands to SCAR, such as current position, NPC positions, Item IDs etc. Would be very easy to auto for ages if that did come out.

Had the undetectability of SCAR and the durability of Aryan. Unfortunately, when Jagex updated their JDK(?), xScar went down

Actually, the reason xScar died was somewhat a mixture of several circomstances…
However, it was depending on updating every time jagex released a new update which isn't very conveniant

Like star said it could relay ids and x and y global co ords back to scar. Working through a plugin. Also i think it allowed you to set a transparency level over the client so you could do other stuff. Although i never got it to work and never really tried.

Are you writing an article about it ? :)

Well you cant do anything without the dll and jar so what the hell… ;)

by asdf and semaphore

Notes:
Run xscarfree.jar by double clicking run.cmd or
java -Xmx256m -jar xscarfree.jar [world number]

Move the plugins folder to the SCAR base directory
or copy XScarFree.dll into SCAR 2.03/Plugins

Run the XScarFreeTest.scar to see how it works.

Yes, this is a free version. The prime version
will have much MUCH more. And will be cheap!

Detectability:
This modified client has the same undetectablity as
any good SCAR script could give you. It also allows
you to run the game locally, without the browser.

Even more, it covers up the no focus check, which
allows you to run it as always on top, and 100%
transparent so you can do other things while
autoing. You may need to use silent mouse which
is only detectable if Jagex has flagged you.

Script usage:

procedure GetMapLocation(var x, y: Integer);
+ Gets your current position on the world map

function AreWeInArea(x1, y1, x2, y2: Integer): Boolean;
+ Returns true if you are located inside x1, y1, x2, y2

function LoggedIn: Integer;
+ Returns: 1 if logged in
0 if logged out
-1 if welcome screen opened

Credits:
asdf - Delphi and SCAR work
semaphore - Awesome Java work
Kaitnieks - For SCAR 2.03 :)

xSCARFreeInclude

/////////////////////////////////////
// XSCARFree by asdf and semaphore //

// Returns coords of you character
procedure GetMapLocation(var x, y: Integer);
begin
MapLocation(x, y, GetClientCanvas.Handle);
end;

function AreWeInArea(x1, y1, x2, y2: Integer): Boolean;
var
x, y: Integer;
begin
GetMapLocation(x, y);
Result:= (x >= x1) and (x <= x2) and (y <= y1) and (y >= y2);
end;

// Returns 1 if logged in
// 0 if logged out
// -1 if welcome screen open
function LoggedIn: Integer;
begin
Result:= LoggedInStatus(GetClientCanvas.Handle);
end;

xSCARFreeTest

program Test;
{.include XScarFreeInclude.scar}
var
x, y: Integer;

begin
GetMapLocation(x, y);

if(LoggedIn = 1)then
begin
WriteLn('You are at: ' + IntToStr(x) + ', ' + IntToStr(y))
if(AreWeInArea(3180, 3446, 3186, 3433))then
WriteLn('In the varrock west bank, I see.')
end else
begin
if(LoggedIn = 0)then
WriteLn('You are logged out!');
if(LoggedIn = -1)then
WriteLn('Welcome screen open');
end;
end.

Basically if *someone* wrote it now, if they killed ARGA it would kill xscar as well, but seeing as the MS team works so hard to get deobs……..

BTW, Thanks SB100, that lil chat really helped open my eyes to some key features ^.^

It was only updated for a week if I remember correctly.. The next week Aryan became big, and everyone forgot about xSCAR. Semaphore and asdf didn't release another public version after that..
