I've only just recently started playing runescape again, and i've noticed one fact, you can log more than one player in at once.
i remember a few years back, Jagex had a limit of one account a computer could be on at once, the only way to get around it back then was to log both in simultaneously..
can anyone tell me when this changed to what it is now?
cheers,

I'm not sure when it changed, but as it stands now, you can log multiple people in, but only one per world (unless one is signed and the other is unsigned).

Sorry to hijack your thread but it is a very similar question. Is it alright to auto on 2 accounts at the same time? Like have one mining and the other chopping trees, Or is that going to greatly increase the chance of been caught?

well i suppose it would work if one was either autoing on another computer, or was smart.
and the risk per autoing account would be identical to if you had one autoing, as long as the dont interact.

You can actually log as many accounts as you want given that they are all on the unsigned client.

Yep its fine, I personally auto on 2-4 armies at once, other people are similar. Some people have run up to 8 accounts/armies at once in the past, I havent heard of anything greater than that using SRL.

although i dont see how having 2-4 unsigned armies running at the same time can really benefit your main player/s? because of trading restrictions..?
unless your selling the army characters, there's no point.
also, what's this 'unsigned client' people keep mentioning, where can i get it?
cheers guys.

When you use SMART in your scar script, do this before you call SetupSRL;
Smart_Signed := false;

couldn't you always multi-log as long as none of the accounts were on the same world…?

You had to use signed and unsigned clients. Now it doesnt matter.

Hi all new to this - when using armies, how do you trade afterward with the GE restrictions?

I tryed doing drop trading… but i couldent log on 2 chars to same world. So I had to drop item, then log on the other char. But the item never showed up. Seems like if you can pick up items that other players drop, drop trade would be possable. Maybe jagex just wont let drop trade between same IP. In the past I tryed running client through proxy, but jagex still saw my real IP. Any one have idea's how to drop trade? Im thinking that if u use a lev 3 to auto that its probaly going to get reported as bot anyway, then if you get item from him on your main, both chars will probaly be baned.
