Move your plugins.
/SCAR/includes/place in plugins folder/
to:
/SCAR/Plugins/
Then close SCAR and reopen it.

If that was the folder with a bunch of dynamic link libraries, then I've already done that. Now it's giving me this error: Line 1: [Error] (1:1): Unexpected end of file in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.21\includes\srl\srl\misc\smart.scar
