Wow. A lot of people are getting banned, with like every bot. I still feel the pain from losing my 1500 total, 2 skillcape, 45m main a month ago (all the good stuff was botted though, so I didn't waste my life on it or anything :p) Maybe that 'we have better macroing detection systems that can detect every bot' bluff wasn't really a bluff :cartman:

I've had a few bans here and there over the last month. I figure that's why I have an army in the first place.

If I start with 10 accounts with 1 WC and want to get 80+ WC on all of them, I figure having one of them banned along the way is the cost of botting it.

Sounds like that was an awesome account though, sorry to hear it.

Yeah, i've had two of my accounts banned. :(

One was my main.
The other was a second main ;)

And now i'm attempting to make my third main…

I haven't had any bans that I didn't plan on. I suicide bot some accounts just to see how far I can get. Got one account to 70 str 40 att 70 range on just chickens in like 1.5 week…and 3 mil gp. Banned 3 days after getting 70 range.
Another account I suicide botted wc with rsbot… got to 80 wc without ever logging off and I got caught by a random and the next day… BANNED! But no, never any accounts that I casually bot.

Last year over several months I autoed my whole army to 85+ mining.

In all that time I got 1 ban out of ~30 characters. Since the same script was running for hundreds of hours on each char, I don't blame the script. I figure that sometimes you're just unlucky, someone reports you, and Jagex follows up on it.

I also think that most reports do not lead to bans.

My guess is that over the last month or two, Jagex hasn't become any better at detecting bots, but are just following up on more reports, or made their ban criteria less stringent.

I had 3 quick bans after updating and using that mining script again. I realized afterward that it was doing some bizarre clicking, so it could just be due to my own carelessness during the script update.

And I've had 1 ban on my Chickenkiller in the last month. I figure that's just another one of those odd unfortunate bans that happens from time to time. I'm still very confident in running it without fearing more bans, but who knows? I still don't auto on my main, no matter how confident I am in a script.

yea thats why i would only Bot on an acc that i dont care about. Unless u were trying to get ur skill up. That blows lol.
