Msn me for more info. Must be comfortable with 18+ themes. It would be nice if you have links to previous work.

Things done:
Make a site template for all pages to look like. (looks good enough)
A streaming flv player. (done, not custom, but its all good)


Things i need done:
A Custom header. (undone/no one working on yet
A Nice watermark (a transparent .png would work). (undone/no one working on yet)
Able to upload wmv's/avi's and put a watermark on them when uploaded/convert to flv. (undone/no one working on yet)


May need more help later.

What do you want out of each one?… be a little more spicific… like.. colors… stlye.. texture… div's .. centerd.. locked… tables… fluctuating… video size… hosting????

I dont need portfolio, that was a suggestion. You could have no previous exp. just as long as the final result will look good.

No one will do that for free, and if they do then they shouldn't be classified a web designer.

I just need a little help here or there. If you did all of that, then it would be hard and money worthy, but i just need snips done by different people that are willing.

I'm better at coding than designing, but I'd do the xhtml and css for you ;)

Tables are only meant for tabular data :/ not frigin sites.
Anyways for what you've got it'll be a lot easier just to use css - which you should use all the time - as all you basicly need is 3 <div>'s with borders and maybe a repeated image with a gradient for the title, so yeah no tables - well only use them when being semantic (using them for tabular data)

There's no benefits whatsoever for using tables, I mean css pages load faster, (x)html code is semantic, it's easier with css.. etc etc

You could always search for a free template if you really one.
