hey i have 71 attack, 74 str, and 70 def where should i train (p2p) to get str to 99?

Pest control is pretty slow, and you lose out on a lot of HP experience.

my favorurite spot is in stronghold of security on lvl 50 giant spiders, very quick exp, no drops tho

i have done almost all of my training since i became p2p on experiments (level 25) they have no drops, 500ish exp per kill and they never hit more than 0 lol. i have almost identical combat stats to you, from about 50-70 i got from training on these (all cb stats, and range.) i strongly recommend.
downfall: have to have atleast gotten so far into Creature of Frankenstrain and have access to canifis.

Hmm, I'd say giant spiders in security stronghold are good. you can Afk so you dont have to do much..I got quite afew levels there on the way to 99 str.

If you're not a member, then go with Giant spiders.

Doing slayer tasks will usually get you decent experience. Yaks, Pest control, Soul wars and armoured zombies seem to be the fastest experience in my opinion.
