Hi, I have 63 defence and I want to get it to 70 so I can use barrows. Can anyone tell me what I should train on and if you can add a link to a srl script that fights the npc, That would be nice :p

I suggest using this Pest controller, it's AMAZING and it uses smart too.

You'll get some of the exp from killing monsters in game but most of it from using the points you earn.

It's called "Drizzts And Cnr sports Ultimate Pest Controller!"

I would have to do fremmenick trials :P Oh well Better get beating it :P

I'd do Slayer, that way you don't get bored, and I think it's pretty fast experience if you have a black mask and plus you can get slayer points and get neat rewards. :)

However, if you're looking for speed, or you want to auto it, you should do pest control. :)

Very good exp.

i like armoured skeletons + you can pray the whole time cause theres a altar right above, its awesome

avenged, that sounds like a good place to make a auto fighter for, does it get crowded there? and are there any banks for food close by? any valuable items droped?

and yeah yaks are pretty good, they get crowded during the middle of the day but in the evening / morning i wouldnt say its bad at all.
