I'm making a runescape clan, and wanted some help creating the forums/website… send me a pm if you want to help me.

One choice I need to make is if I should go with phpBB3 from a free forum host… any advice is greatly appreciated.

ya its a god wars clan… for major money making… my cousin, my best friend and i all have requirements and are starting it up.

do you even know what a tank is… a maxed tank is 99 def 99 range. summoning lvls do not affect pvp world combat lvls(i don't know how many times i have told people this).

but thats a maxed tank, and im pretty sure "tank" just means a pure with defence just high enough so to wear good armor. but w/e
