Do you have .net framework 3.5 or newer installed?

I am just interested, how many people actually have it installed and if you have windows and you don't have it installed, why?

You can also use an other OS.

Imo, the .Net framework is not bad at all but the fact that it has to be installed on every CPU you test annoys me, why don't they import the pieces you use from .Net framework and run it at run-time no need to have anything installed =/.

It's bloat.

I do, for a few apps I needed it and I really wanted to use these apps.

Explain?

Few hundred MB of something which does essentially the same as Java + it's bloat.
