I didn't think this was good enough for "Celebrations"
I will achieve 99 defence in about an hour and a half, and if anybody wants to come watch me get cape, just send me a pm, and I will tell you when and what world and my rs name.
This is kinda a pre-achievement celebration as this has taken a long time…
