So, I think this needs to have a defined rule put in place.

I believe that someone should be SSRL first before Developer.

Firstly, because they should be active enough to be recognized in the community. Second, every SSRL has a valid point and they may see things others don't.

Also, please don't say I'm a hypocrit, no I was not SSRL but from what I'm told I was going to be ssrl with in a few days after I was dev'd.

I think placing such restricitions is unneccessary and completely abitrary. Yeah usually someone should be SSRL before being Dev, as it's just the heirarchal chain, but there are exceptions as you pointed out and it's not worth having the rule if it's just going to be broken whenever we feel like it

No, N1ke will become Dev. And he will also become SSRL.

If we see the Hierarchy well then RM/Hobbit/RAM also broke it as they got mod before dev.
