A couple of questions hope you guys can help me with it?

1.With the new offense system, old offences do expire and blackmarks are erased, but do you think that the accounts are back on a clean slate or do the quashed offense affect your account the next time you get banned?

2. If i play my RS account in the US but i apply a UK SMS membership pin for my account, will i get found out or banned for it?

3. I heard that macroing now warrants a premanent ban immediately, is it true, for macroing major and minor?

1) I'd think they have no effect whatsoever.
2) I have done something like that on more than one account, and none appear to have been banned for that.
3) I don't know if they still give minor macroing offences, but ever since the new CEO came around I've received three Macroing permanent bans and zero 10 days (2 of those accounts were P2P).

Let's murder the CEO! He's murdering our accounts! Pixel killer!
