This is an example on how you can skin your forms and give them a sexy look:
And that's not all, the button includes onmouseover and onmouseclick and the checkbox includes onmouseclick. Well this is a pseudo skinned form since I recreate the button, the checkbox and the form with TImages. It's still looks real. Imagine a script with that type of form :)

Just put a few TImages at the top of your form, then just draw the Mac OS bitmap's to it using SafeDrawBitmap().

In fact, it's possible to do it but without the light effects around(like you said AlphaBlending).

Start getting a skinning software in Delphi or C++, or get the background for buttons, forms, checkboxes, etc. yourself.

I have a script I haven't saved yet that I need, so no CTRL + ALT + DEL - methods please :P

You could fake transparency by just making a screenshot of the form and making the button background the same as the form background, then just make the button on that background with paint.net/the gimp
