Im trying to get a drop down navigation bar for my tutorials thing on my nav bar on my page, how would I do this.

Its just a filler. I'll write something real after everything is done.

No dropdown div, neither a dropdown (or something that looks like it) ID or Class in your CSS…

You need indexes or the list won't be above the content text which will cause it to lose hover when you move over the body.
