My old computer was much better than this new laptop. It started shutting down itself(Not the normal way. The way when you hold power buttom down for 5 seconds). Then at some point i couldnt get it on at all. Now friend of friend of my dad fixed it. After his fix i can turn it on but it cant connect to internet. He changed motherboard and idk if he changed somehing else. Now the motherboard is Asus P4P800-VM. I heard that installing some kind of driver could hep.

Yep. Driver.
Google the provider of the motherboard + internet driver.
eg. I need a dell ie driver.

If it's new, take it back, tell them they gave you a faulty computer.

Oh, lol you said new laptop so I just assumed. ^_^ The only thing I can tell you is call your ISP, I'm sure they'll be able to straighten it out. :)

doubt the ISP will do anything.
Does this new motherboard even have an integrated wifi adapter? if not you might need to buy an add-on one.

Right click My Computer, choose Manage. In the window that opens, click Device Manager on the left pane. Do you see any yellow question marks? If so double click it, and then choose the details tab in the window that opens. You should see 2 sets of 4 character strings, one after VEN and the other after DEV. Post those strings here, for each yellow question mark you have.
