Okay, I am really sorry if I sound angry or harsh or anything like that; I have nothing against you at all, I love your attitude and the work you do but I have a tip for you:
The form should have some colors and there should be more spacing between navbar and mainContent.
The code looks good it is very clean :)

How do you mean colours? And I know that there is not alot of spacing at the minute. I wanted to get the form nested properly before I started working on the spacing, etc.

The only thing i liked was 'Simple CBD' image and the nav bar on ToF's website.

I don't have my own portfolio site, I just get work through a design company. try neiyo.com some, some photographers site. and www.junctioncity.com.au/beta/ <– something im designing (in progress) atm. (i didnt put those pics or products on that page that was the client mucking round with it.)

anyway.. flame me if u want im not too fussed.

btw ToF the nav bar is pretty much all you've done on your site n i said it was good. so dont be hatin k :)?

I agree with r0bot now. The Man, the hassle you put me through I doubt you can find anyone, to be honest. You even hinted I should do it for free.

It depends on where you are. For where I live, you can be 13 and it wouldn't be child labor.

500 pounds really isn't that much for a site. depends on how many pages.. i usually charge $120-150 per page. depends how picky the client is.

+1, but since they are friends and because he is not from a company it should be cheaper. All sites I have been doing has been for friends, and for free

why not invest the 200 into teaching yourself webdesign? personally, i've only done it once so far (and that was for you, and for fun).

I can help whenever I hav time, for free too ;p. but this is newbie works. experience is good enuf payment for me =).

But the coding, I only know really (REALLY) basics of.

You asked for a Website Designer, not a Website Coder.
Besides, you've posted this thread in Graphics, so people think you need someone to layout your website, and not code it.

Okay, I made a template for you that you can use. It does only require basic knowledge of CSS programming to code it. :)

You mean graphically or coding?
To assemble one button just take the btn_s and add a btn_m and drag the btn_m then add a btn_e at the end.
