also, does anyone know if ring of wealth increases chances of good items from chest?

if i slay a bunch of mobs b4 i open chest, will that increase rewards? or do only brothers count?

Why would ring of dueling do anything? :p And you probably meant Ring of Wealth ;] It doesn't, though.

I've gotten every single drop you can get from that :D I think it's pretty good money.

yeah lol i was running from ghasts on the way back :P after this i might get ancients so i dont have to use 125 death runes each time ^.^

No, that's 3rd age, I think ^^ Max is like 1.3m last time I checked. (Slayer dart is the best for Barrows, IMO)

dharok's helm is 5 mil :O i want it bad :P

Looks like a clan is buying out the DH Helms, in my opinion. Unless there's another reason why they would skyrocket.

Good luck getting one. :) I've done barrows probably close to 100 times in my RS career, and I've never gotten a piece of armour. The best I've ever gotten was a half of a key. Talk about bad luck. >.>

I'm just very unlucky when it comes to RS (most of the time :p). I've lost over probably over 100M total since I started playing RS, and never gotten anything decent from minigames/drops (except once I got a Robin Hood Hat from a clue, but that's not major).

I also know a person who's gotten a Visage from killing less than 20 Iron Dragons, and other people that have gotten barrows items 3 times in a row. The game just hates me. >.>

Meh, it's up to you. What I used to do was run about 5 or 6 barrows trips, then do something for about an hour that I really didn't like doing (but really wanted to level, for example, mining (this was before I autoed :p)) then when I got really bored, do another 5-6 trips of barrows.

That kept me interested. :)

Get a reward when your kills are above 10 :] After that, it doesn't really do much. And as long as you kill all the brothers, it's fine to kill the random things in the cave or w/e it is.

I don't know of any, unless someone made one that kills the monsters inside?

I've heard kill count does nothing, and I've heard it does everything. Personally, I've tried both, and nothing worked for me. :duh:

You should just try getting the reward with no KC, and with KC, see how it goes. :)

Well even though I didn't get any armour, I still made money with all the runes. It wasn't much, but I did it cause it was fun. Anyway, you should get most of not all your money back. If you aren't… that's really unlucky. :(

god if stupid prayer pots would buy in grand exchange :( any of u guys got prayer potion(4) s for sale?

Anyway, kill count only increases the number of runes/coins/racks you get.
I once got a double barrows drop (v skirt/dh axe) and I've had a few v helms, dh helm, etc.
It took me a loooooooooong time though.

Just buy (3)

And my best item i've ever gotten, was when i was a nub with 90 att 90 str 85 def, and i was veracing.
I got guthan spear and dharok axe, which was close to 7M at that time.
I was so happy.
My second best would have to be just guthan spear.

I had loads of pictures, but I think they're on my old computer.
BTW barrows used to be so profitable, now because of random loot in pvp/bh, barrows pieces went down so much, besides karils top and dh helm.

worse = some mind runes?

hmm well after these next some odd 12 trolls for my slayer assignment, i'll be trying my hand at more barrows :]
