Kinda like it is right now? There was 12 bots at varrock yews when I tried macroing there and gave up because I did not feel like competing vs 12 bots.

We are much more civil and mature and do not like to draw attention. Now the general RS population will be ranting "Down with RSBot", not "Down with SRL" because we did not make our existence so prominent. The news of the riot spread very quickly across various worlds and now a large portion of the RS population can put a name to macroers. Just like when RSDemon was around, it got so notorious that everyone knew it was RSDemon. Now all the heat has turned to RSBot while we are still incognito. This is what we want, do not ruin it ;)

Heres some info about rsbot and how easily they can be detected .. The following info was not written by me it was written by someone at kbot.

As you may or may not know. RSBot is a modified RuneScape client. Meaning it is not the same webclient \ download-able client from JaGeX. Now, Jagex can tell if a client connecting to their servers is theirs or not… which is why deobfuscating the client for private servers is so dangerous. Now, I am not sure how many of you have any experience in forum management, so I will put it into the best terms I can. When the servers detect the foreign client connecting, they send a "report abuse" to the Jagex forums \ logs (where all report abuses are set).

Now, some of you might be wondering "If Jagex knows I am macroing, why am I not banned?" The answer is for one of a few reasons:

* Jagex hasn't seen your report yet. * Jagex is waiting for you to achieve something great (maxed stats, a 99, etc) so the ban "stings" more. * Your report was washed away and is somewhere on the last pages. * They deleted your report on accident. Proof of the achieving something great: I am the reason Defil3d is banned. I asked Chelsea to test out a new script someone posted, to verify it.. She said "Eh, I don't use defil3d anymore, I'll test on that." 15 minutes later, she was banned… mostly cause Jagex knew her account was maxed, famous, and she didn't use it much. Proof that your account might be on the last pages: Say someone reports you for rule 1. But at the same time, all over rs, people are getting reported for other things, all the reports go in as a "New thread" kind of thing, so those new reports go to the top of the queue, pushing your account farther and farther back… they might see it, but then go back up to reason #2 (wait for it 2 get something good) But one thing is certain, the second your account logs on using RSBot, it is flagged, if you don't believe me… go to: "C:\WINDOWS\.jagex_cache_32\" and decrypt your .dat file, if the "Flagged = Flagged > -1" then your account is flagged. I'm sorry to tell you this, but Jagex purges the abuse reports every 3-6 months (which is why you may get an offense MONTHS after you commit it…) I am also sorry to say if you used RSBot, your account may be at risk… As of Cache version 546, speljohan FINALLY took my advice and changed RSBot… Kind of… he semi-listened to me, but if you recently started botting, I think you are safe. If you botted on caches before 546. You are screwed.

It was a client for RS which alowed you to change worlds very quickly, Jagex outlawed it because it was an "unfair advantage". There was a mass riot of epic proportions… Then jagex gave in and allowed use of SS again.

SK is much more advanced now and had tons of tools, you should check it out

Of course, it doesn't allow you to macro, so it doesn't give as much of an advantage as RSBot.

rsbot is only hurting them self. more attention is not a good thing to the thugs of rs (ya that's right thugs of rs lol) but remember rsbot what goes around comes around i see closure in your future ;) as for us. with all the drama toward rsbot we should be safe for a while.

I don't think anyone on this site knows how to decrypt the .dat file.

tbh SCAR/SRL is a great community and simple, thats thanks to leaders. They don't want to show off to whole RS like RSBOT, i tell people i use scar/srl they're like huh wtf is that? lol… they only know RSBOT due to the allowness of heavy leaching..

If I was a Jagex employee I'd ip. ban everyone related to that fagfest and put "WHERE IS YOUR GOD NOW?" as the reason, and then go check their forums to see the butthurt RSBot people whine. Would be the most epic solution on Jagex's side, and they'd even sodomize a big part of the RSBot community and make many 13-year olds cry.

Because most people other than botters don't know it exists and even if they did, where to find it. Infact, there are many botters who don't even know it exists, so Jagex has no real reason NOT to put it on your computer.

In my opinion, there should be no competition between SRL and our fellow botting communities.

They might be leeched out more than any community, yet that doesn't mean we should insult them or anything, we should work together and get even more impact on RuneScape.

Well, at first I was laughin about how pathetic this is, but then I checked out that link someone posted on page 2 ( http://www.rsbot.org/vb/showthread.php?t=63202 ).

If they bot, it's most likely to use that skill later in the future, most likely to make gold off it. So why would they try to "crush the coal and iron stock". That just pisses me off.

This is quite funny, good work RSBOT. Finally Legit Runescape members can see that Jagex is wrong about that thread or about how macroing is so detectable etc. :) <3 it.

Yeah don't bother, as soon as you log in with it your pretty much auto flagged from what I read somewhere on here. We should find where they are meeting at and watch the show of the riot and maybe some mods come in :D

I'm going to say that I don't really mind all of the riots. Everyone who knows about them will think that the only people botting are the RSBots in level 3 + random clothing. It will give our bots even less of a chance of being reported and banned. Even if we do get reported, it'll probably be drowned out in all of the RSBot reports.

As for "how many people are going to join SRL from RSBot," I agree. 2 is a very accurate estimate. XD

i remember Cnr Sport organized a srl riot, and i went to check it out with my tanker, and once i went there i was like "SRL?" … the next minute i was banned, i said that to see if anyone was there for it lol that was hardcore bs :( now perm banned lol.

Except that was a PK (Or, in our terms, WE WANT TO TRADE AUTOED GOODS) riot, not a botting riot :p I went there, said "Where is everyone?", stood around for a bit, logged out, and was banned soon after O_O

Their new "plan" to crash ore prices is incredibly stupid. Do they not realize Jagex can just freeze the price of ores the moment a time is posted on Rsbot?…

Edit: the link on the riot thread to how accs should look says, "Account name: Should be something chinese 534dfsa3xa." How the hell is that a Chinese name? I want to punch all of these 'tards at RSbot in the face.
