just wondering is there anything f2p to alch that will make a profit, it doesnt have to be anything huge… even if it breaks even

f2p, I don't think there is anything…members the zanaris rings almost break even.

steel plates you lose a ton now, I tried rune daggers and addy plates, and I think they came close or might have broken, problem is the 100 per 4 hours thing.

As far as I know, there is nothing in F2P that will turn a profit. But unless things have changed, the best item to go with would be either Rune Square Shields, or Adamant Platebodies.

Im sure u gain 20gp with rune full helms? They were 20gp profit like a few weeks ago.
