This would be fairly simple to make.

quest/skill requirements:
must have done shilo village
40 mining
43 in order to cut all the gems you mine
[optional if we wanted to fletch bolt tips] 65 fletching for diamond bolt tips and up

what this would do is mine an inventory of rocks (gems), cut them all, drop crushed gems, repeat till full inv, and if we wanted we could fletch them into bolt tips, so u dont have to bank, but i dont reccomend that as it's less $$$. it would then bank in shilo and then repeat
this is free mining/craft exp, decent money, and optional fletch xp. i might make one of these if i learn moar about scripting but right now i don't think i could =[

Stealing from the safes is faster money.

It is faster to make money faster, and spend that money to level your crafting … faster.

Well, all I know is stealing from safes are super low income. There are lots of way to make money and considering you are P2P you have loads of options available to you. Some things that come to mind are:

Fighting
Tanning hides
Spinning flax
Killing aviansie
Buying stuff from shops
Converting raw materials (granite, soft clay etc)
Fletching

Some of these do not give to much more then stealing from safes, but they are better.

I'd love to make this script, excluding the Crafting part. Just mine and walk back to the bank, shouldn't be too hard + good exp.
