No, there is just a lot of server load. Lots of people viewing movies. Also, they are probably doing maintenance. And why would you assume we would know? :/

i cant upload any videos, it wont let me, tried firefox and chrome, keep getting an error…

I doubt anyone will ever take down Youtube.. Just maintenance or other crap so it'll be slow for a few hours, nothing special.
