So.. maybe a script for this would be win? I mean, rich people can afford 100% loss in laws (like me x[]).

Zammy wines respawn every ~30 sec afaik. If you just get some item (e.g: something distinguishable from the ground) and grab-drop-grab-drop it's way faster.

Teleporting would be faster/easier, and give more exp per law, wouldn't it?

Well depends.
When I was lvling towards 45 mage I did varrock tele. Tele grabbing would've spared me the fire runes and given me more exp in 31-45.
